Information, not advice

Everything on this website — articles, FAQ answers, service descriptions, the Exit Readiness Score — is general information about preparing businesses for sale and improving their operations. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it is not valuation, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice of any kind. Reading this site, submitting the contact form, or using the score tool does not make you a client of Provenance Advisory Group Inc.; a client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement letter.

The Exit Readiness Score

The free score tool is a self-assessment. Its output reflects only the answers you give it, is produced without any review of your business, and is not a valuation, an appraisal, or a prediction of what your business would sell for. Do not make financial decisions on the basis of the score alone. For matters requiring a formal valuation, consult a Chartered Business Valuator; for tax, accounting, or legal matters, consult the relevant licensed professional.

Use of the site

You may browse, link to, and share this site freely. The content, brand, and the Provenance Exit Readiness Score framework are the property of Provenance Advisory Group Inc.; don't republish them as your own or use them to build a competing product. Don't use the site or contact form for anything unlawful, or to send spam.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provenance Advisory Group Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of Manitoba.
